Cancellation policy – Holiday home Woudzicht
1. Bookings via external platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Natuurhuisje.nl, etc.)
Bookings made through external platforms are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective platform. These may vary by provider. For more information, please consult the website of the platform where you booked.
2. Direct bookings with Woudzicht
For bookings made directly through us (by email or telephone), the following cancellation conditions apply:
Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival
If you cancel up to 30 days before your arrival date, we won't charge any fees. You'll receive a full refund (excluding any transaction and administration fees).
Cancellation between 30 and 14 days before arrival
We charge 50% of the total booking amount.
Cancellation within 14 days before arrival or in case of no-show
In this case we are forced to charge 100% of the booking amount.
3. Cancellation insurance
We recommend taking out cancellation insurance through your own insurer. This way, you're protected against unexpected situations that could result in your trip being cancelled. This insurance can often be booked when purchasing travel insurance.
4. Special circumstances
In exceptional cases of demonstrable force majeure (such as a sudden hospitalization or serious emergency), the standard cancellation policy may be deviated from in consultation. This is at the sole discretion of the landlord.
A request for goodwill must always be submitted in writing, with substantiation.
