House rules – Holiday home Woudzicht

Welcome to Holiday Home Woudzicht! We hope you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. To ensure everyone's comfort, we ask that you carefully read and adhere to the house rules below.

1. Arrival and departure

  • Check-in is from 3:00 PM
  • Please check out no later than 10:00 am
  • A maximum of 4 people can stay in the house
  • It is not permitted to allow additional guests or guests to stay overnight without prior consultation.
  • Parking is possible for 1 to a maximum of 3 cars on site

2. Smoking & pets

  • Smoking is only permitted outdoors. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
  • Pets are not allowed, even after consultation

3. Peace & Nuisance

  • Loud noises and music are not allowed
  • After 10 p.m., there is a night's rest period – keep it quiet to protect nature and neighbors.
  • Bachelor/bachelorette parties or other gatherings are not allowed

4. Use of the home

  • Handle the furniture, appliances and furnishings with care
  • Do not move furniture or remove decorations from the wall
  • Please report any damage immediately so we can resolve it.
  • In case of negligence, loss or damage, costs may be charged

5. Waste and kitchen

  • Waste does not need to be separated and can be deposited in the waste bin in the kitchen
  • Is the garbage bag full? The container is in the outside shed next to the shed.
  • Garbage bags are in the kitchen cupboard under the tap

6. Departure and cleaning

  • Leave the house tidy
  • Remove the bedding from the beds and place it in front of the bed
  • Store clean dishes in the cupboard
  • Close windows
  • Put the key back in the key safe next to the front door

7. Outdoor space

  • Barbecues, fire pits or other open fires are not allowed on the entire plot
  • Respect the tranquility of the environment and nature

8. Safety

  • There are 2 smoke/carbon monoxide detectors in the house
  • There is a fire extinguisher in the meter cupboard
  • No open fire or candles inside
  • Always close windows and doors when you leave

9. Internet and use

  • You can use the Wi-Fi network. The data is available on the table inside.
  • Do not use the network for illegal activities, such as downloading copyrighted material

10. Children

  • Children are welcome in Woudzicht
  • Please note: the house is not specifically designed to be child-friendly (no stair gates or children's furniture available)
  • Staying with children is the responsibility of the parents/guardians

11. Borg

  • We charge a deposit of €150 for each stay
  • This will be refunded within 7 days after departure, provided that the property has been left tidy and no damage, missing items or violation of the house rules has been found.

12. Violations and costs

In the event of a serious violation of the house rules, we may retain (part of) the deposit. This includes:

  • Smoking in the house: €100
  • Unregistered guests or pets: €150
  • Extremely polluted home or waste left behind: up to €150
  • Damage or loss of furniture or furnishings: based on replacement or repair costs
