  1. We do not store your data longer than necessary.
  2. For administrative purposes, we retain data for a maximum of 7 years, as required by law for the tax authorities.
  3. For marketing purposes, we only retain your email address for as long as you have given us permission. You can unsubscribe at any time.

5. Who do we share your data with?
We only share personal data with third parties if this is necessary for our services:

  • Booking platforms via MyTourist (such as Airbnb, Booking.com and Natuurhuisje)
  • Our accounting firm for financial administration
  • We never sell your data to third parties.

6. Newsletters and offers
 If you indicate when booking that you would like to receive emails about offers or updates from Woudzicht, we will store your email address for that purpose. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email or by contacting us.

7. Cookies
 We currently do not use cookies on our website. If this changes in the future (for example, for statistics or a booking system), we will inform you via a cookie statement and a cookie notification.

8. Your rights
You have the right to:

  • To gain insight into the data we have about you
  • Have your data corrected or deleted
  • Objecting to the use of your data
  • Withdraw your consent (for example for marketing)
